Our History
Established in Eyemouth in the early 1900s when our ancestor, Lorenzo Giacopazzi, arrived in this small fishing town in the Scottish Borders, setting up in business doing what he knew best – making ice cream.
Our love of ice cream and passion for our produce goes into every batch we make, using traditional family recipes handed down through the generations, combined with modern techniques and innovation.

For generations now, local people, visitors and holiday makers have enjoyed Giacopazzi’s ice cream and sorbet, which continue to be made fresh daily on the premises by fourth and fifth generation members of the family.
Giacopazzi’s iconic parlour, situated right on the historic harbour-side in Eyemouth, maintains its position as the number one place to visit on any trip to the town.

Our Process
In November 2020 we moved into our bespoke production unit as we had outgrown our original home on Harbour Road.
Our brand new factory has enabled us to streamline our process in order to increase our capacity and build on our range, ready to supply a growing network of businesses.
Incorporating a stylish reception and conference area, our new facility provides the perfect surroundings in which to welcome new and existing customers to discuss all things ice cream…
